Long before Senorita Chu recorded her first song, I was a young girl who loved to dance in her room in Santiago, Chile. At age 14, I discovered twerk dancing on the internet and was captivated. This form of dance quickly became my life’s purpose and my music career was born out of a desire to create music specifically crafted for the form of dance that moves my soul (and cula) the most.
I’ve taught twerk lessons in studios in Chile, the United States, and Paris. Obviously I enjoy interacting in person, but during the Covid-19 pandemic I started teaching classes online and have loved being able to connect with new friends around the world and to further spread the art form that I love so much.
Classes are available in private format one-on-one or with a group of your friends (it’s a great way for you to share a fun and memorable experience with your out-of-town friends who you don’t get to see as often as you like).
